Do I need to trim my insoles to fit my shoes?
Yes, most of our insoles are designed to be trimmed for a perfect fit. Simply remove the stock insole from your shoe, place it over the Remind insole, and trace/trim the toe area using a pair of sharp scissors.
How long does it take to break in new orthotic insoles?
While many feel immediate relief, we recommend a break-in period of 2-4 days. Wear them for a few hours initially to allow your feet to adjust to the new alignment and support structure.
What is your return policy for used insoles?
