At Remind Insoles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance and comfort. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the insoles back in their original packaging and ensure they are securely stored in a shipping box or padded mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
